Let's Get to Work!
I’ve never been more committed to the need for a vibrant, independent and free press than I am now. I’ve been a staff and freelance photojournalist, a commercial photographer, maritime startup leader, visuals editor and media business strategist focusing on innovation and collaboration to ensure sustainability for the next era of journalism. Regardless of whether I'm working as a photographer, editor or consultant, I seek out opportunities to create impact for organizations looking to realize growth and engagement through dynamic and strategic visuals.

What They Say
WOW! We are so impressed and want to hire you for every client :)))) Scott Lewis is rare breed of photographer. He brings a photojournalist's curiosity to commercial shoots. He is able to find the story and the moment. The authentic and the poignant. The real and the magical. We work with Scott when we need a partner who execute a specific creative brief and put together an inspired, strategic approach. Our clients have been impressed with Scott’s skillset and professionalism, and he is our go-to resource for capturing people, place and its culture.
– Amy Levi, President/Creative Director. STRADA
I do think it was a huge ask for the limited time so thank you for sharing your talent and coming in and working on this with us. Everyone is very pleased with the work.
Barbara Chotiner, Graphic Design Manager. THE FRANKLIN INSTITUTE
I went through the shots with the team and everyone is thrilled. The pictures look FANTASTIC, you got so much high energy and great color!!! Thanks for going the extra mile.
Laura Baer, Art Director. NJ MONTHLY
You were able to capture a great assortment of seriousness and lightheartedness, which speaks directly to who they are and what we hope to represent through their new branding and website. Other firms in their space (and beyond) are going to be envious when they see this photography.
– Taylor Wenner, Art Director. BRIAN COMMUNICATIONS
Your photography went such a long way in telling this very sensitive, compassionate story about what it means to be a social worker, and particularly what it means to be a social worker who is educated at Bryn Mawr College's Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. It was a pleasure for Kismet Communications to partner with you.
– Rachel Beanland, APR, Principal. KISMET COMMUNICATIONS
I want to thank you for going the extra mile to capture the small town feel. Most photographers would have blown it off when circumstances did not present themselves.
